On April 4th Jonathan Park AKA Dumbfoundead showed up and showed out in H-Town!
The night started out with a 60 minute set from the shows DJ, DJ ZO. Not only did he play songs to keep us on our feet. He also paid homage to H-Town by playing some of our hometown favorites, from artist like Paul Wall and Beyoncé! The next artist to grace the stage was the duo YOX/YEAR OF THE OX. They had a fun and lively set. One song I enjoyed the most was A-Z Asian Food Song (Got Rice.) The song talks about the many types of Asian foods there are to enjoy!
Another artist that lit up the stage was rapper, Nafla. He sang some of his greatest hits and was one the crowds faves next to Dumbfoundead.
After Nafla’s set the moment the crowd has all been waiting for finally came. Dumbfoundead graced the stage and gave a performance of legends. He opened the show with “Every Last Drop” which I was not to familiar with, but instantly fell in love with it (I’m actually listening to it now lol.)
Some of the highlights of the show would be when a drunk fan jumped on stage not once but twice lol. It literally had the crowd dazed and a bit confused. Another highlight was when Dumbfoundead had a tribute to his friend that recently lost his life.
Overall Dumbfoundead gave us a performance of legends and we can’t wait to see him again!
We want to thank the Transparency Agency for having us as press at this event, they are too awesome!
