TOMORROW X TOGETHER returns to the music scene with their new mini-album ‘Minisode 2: Thursday’s Child’ and accompanying title track “Good Boy Gone Bad.” The album title is a clever nod to the (1836) nursery rhyme “Monday’s Child,” The rhyme is a fortune-telling song, created to help children learn the days of the week. The piece includes a verse about Thursday’s child, saying that ” Thursday’s child has far to go.”

Diving deeper into the meaning behind Monday’s Child, specifically the excerpt about Thursday’s Child. A quote from famlii.com describes Thursday’s Child as someone who will “have a long, successful life without limitations.”

This perfectly alines with TXT’s goal for their lives as artists. They aim to continue to be successful in life and pursue their dreams without limitations.

The title track, “Good Boy Gone Bad” is a heartbreak song about the after-effects of a bad breakup. Throughout the record, the boys describe a toxic relationship and how their love for their significant other was a lie they couldn’t help but fall into.

As mentioned before, TXT’s new album “Minisode 2: Thursday’s Child” has been released on all streaming platforms and contains five new tracks, including ‘Opening Sequence,’ ‘Good Boy Gone Bad’ ‘Trust Fund Baby,’ ‘Lonely Boy’ and ‘Thursday’s Child Has Far To Go.’
